The Kingman arch is installed Tuesday over Beale Street between Locomotive Park and Lee Williams High School welcoming visitors to the historic downtown business district and Route 66. The City of Kingman spent about $170,000 on the arch, with the contract going to Salt Lake City-based Young Electric Sign Co., or YESCO. (Hubble Ray Smith/Daily Miner)
