KINGMAN – Candidates for Arizona’s House of Representatives will present their views and answer questions at the monthly Mohave Republican Forum at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at Golden Corral restaurant, 3580 Stockton Hill Road.
Republican candidates for Legislative District 5 are incumbent Regina Cobb, R-Kingman, and challengers Jennifer Jones-Esposito and Leo Biasiucci. Incumbent Paul Mosley, R-Lake Havasu, was invited to the forum, but is unable to attend.
Also scheduled to speak is Sen. Sonny Borrelli, R-Lake Havasu, who is running unopposed in August’s primary election.
The state representative candidates will talk about legislative decisions that will affect Mohave County, including Highway User Revenue Funds, Second Amendment issues, education, water, air and economic development.
Those in attendance will be better informed for their voting decisions, forum President Richard Basinger said. The forum will conduct a vote on whether to endorse any of the candidates, based on the positions they take at the meeting. Candidates needs a two-thirds vote of members.

Voter registration deadline for primary elections is July 30, early voting starts Aug. 2 and the primary election is Aug. 28.
