Chloride VFW Auxiliary 2190 held an Easter egg hunt in Chloride on March 30, 2018. Eight children attended and had lots of fun creating Jesus frames with seashells and the “Footprints” poem, ate hotdogs, and macaroni and cheese, listened to the Easter story and sang the Jesus song, and then searched and found hundreds of Easter eggs filled with candy and coins. The golden eggs were found by Briannah Poston and Jazmin Pitcock. The children were also given kites, bubbles, stuffed animals, patriotic pencils and pocket crosses. A big thank you to Wal Mart of Kingman for their donation towards the Easter egg hunt.
